Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are not accepted for products that are fully functional and free of defects.

2. Return Period

Customers may submit a return request within:

30 days from the date of receipt

After this period, no defect-related return requests can be accepted.

3. Product Inspection Before Approval

All returned products undergo a technical inspection at Mania Computer Store to verify the defect within:

1–2 business days

No decision regarding the return or replacement is made until the inspection is completed.

4. Condition of Returned Products

  • Products must be returned with all original accessories and packaging.

  • Any modification, installation, or alteration made by the customer voids eligibility for return.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping and Costs

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

  • Mania Computer Store will cover all return or replacement costs.

  • Functional products cannot be returned, and therefore the customer bears no fees.

6. Refund Method

Once the return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original purchase,
    or

  • An alternative refund method may be arranged upon mutual agreement between both parties if necessary.

7. Non-Eligible Products

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is fully functional and free of defects.

  • The product has been installed, modified, or altered by the customer.

  • The product was damaged due to customer misuse or incorrect installation.

8. Defects Appearing After Usage

If a manufacturing defect appears during normal usage:

  • The product will be inspected under the same return procedure.

  • Depending on the defect and warranty terms, the item may be repaired or replaced.

9. Response Time for Return Requests

We respond to all return requests within:

24–48 hours
